For travel information between the United States and Italy, please visit the Italian Ministry of Health website at this link, specific for country list D which comprires the United States. Please read carefully all requirements.

In addition, all passengers entering Italy are required, prior to departure, to complete a specific location form in digital format, which you may find at https://app.euplf.eu/

Once you have arrived at your Italian destination, Italian citizens may obtain a Green Pass by contacting the local ASL or ATS.  For more information about the Green Pass, please visit this link.
