\u00b7 To be registered in the AIRE (Registry of Italian nationals living abroad) with current updated address in this consular jurisdiction ;<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To have booked an\u00a0appointment online<\/a><\/p>\n Please note that \u201cPrenot@mi\u201d is free of charge.<\/p>\n On the day of the appointment you will need to be present at the Consulate with the following :<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0Application<\/a>\u00a0duly filled out;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Two passport pictures (4.5cm X 3.5cm, frontal, white background) ;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Italian passport, unless you are applying for your first passport or in case your previous passport was either lost or stolen. In this case, please bring the Police record confirming the loss of the passport;<\/p>\n \u00b7 Photocopy of the US Visa or photocopy of the United States Permanent Resident Card (“Green Card”), issued after August 16th of 1992 or renewed after this date. Please note: without an updated Green Card will not be possible to issue the passport;<\/p>\n \u00b7 legible photocopy of the photo page of other passports (if other nationalities apply) ;<\/p>\n \u00b7 legible photocopy of US driver\u2019s license (if applicable)<\/p>\n \u00b7 Passport Fee: payable only with a (1) USPS money order (obtainable at any postal office) for the administrative tax and the passport\/booklet made out to Consulate General of Italy.
